We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Riccarton store on a Fixed Term basis of 5 months. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.

What your day will look like

• Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store
• Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins!)
• Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand
• Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to the back room

• Have leadership experience in retail or a similar people-focused role

• Are confident, organised and calm under pressure
