Description

·        Leading and mentoring the in-store team by allocating daily tasks, supporting sales activities, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused floor environment

·        Guiding team performance through clear communication, coaching, and operational support to ensure smooth daily store activities

·        Providing personalised styling advice and client assistance during visits and appointments, including managing bridal and high-value customers with professionalism and discretion

·        Building long-term customer relationships through personalised consultations, follow-ups, and exceptional service delivery

·        Managing daily store operations, including billing, order coordination, fittings, returns, customer requests, and designer communications

·        Maintaining accurate order updates, daily reporting, and stock coordination while ensuring smooth inventory movement with minimal errors

·        Driving sales performance by improving team efficiency, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting achievement of store KPIs

·        Managing inventory visibility and merchandising activities, ensuring product availability, organised displays, and alignment with brand aesthetics

·        Coordinating in-store events, launches, and special appointments to enhance customer experience and strengthen brand presence

·        Implementing process improvements and maintaining operational standards to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction
