Work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive sales, foster customer engagement, and build brand loyalty. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer preferences and tailoring their shopping experience. Support the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Oversee inventory management, ensuring a well-organized store environment. Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder. A deep understanding of retail operations and customer behaviors. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
