What You’ll Own • Drive store performance: Partner with the Store Manager to hit sales goals, analyze KPIs, and coach your team to perform at their best. • Lead the team and the floor: Open and close, manage daily operations, and step up as manager-on-duty, keeping the store running smoothly and your team motivated. • Create remarkable customer experiences: Share your skincare knowledge, build real connections, and turn first-time shoppers into loyal regulars. • Keep the store sharp: Oversee visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store standards so every visit feels polished and on brand.
