Description The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a positive and inspiring team culture. $24/hr base wage Monday- Friday 9:00am- 6pm, must be available to work weekends if needed Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team. Act as the leader on duty in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations. Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service standards. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Sales & Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a product expert, particularly in Bellami hair extensions and styling services. Assist with in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operational tasks, including inventory management, merchandising, and store cleanliness. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. Assist with scheduling to optimize coverage and labor efficiency. Requirements 1+ years of experience in a retail or beauty environment 2+ years of assistant manager experience (preferred) Passion for the beauty industry, particularly hair extensions and styling services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
