We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to help build this store from the ground up!

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
