Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
  • Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
