What You’ll Do Lead with confidence: Build and develop a high-performing, diverse team where everyone feels valued and motivated. Drive results: Take ownership of sales performance and ensure exceptional store standards that keep customers coming back. Be the go-to leader: Act as second-in-command, running the store seamlessly when the Store Manager is away. Staff management: Supervise, train, and motivate employees, assist with hiring, and create work schedules. Inventory and merchandising: Conduct stock takes, and ensure products are well-displayed and the store is visually appealing. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the store is clean and safe. Sales and operations: Help meet sales goals, analyze sales data and support promotional activities. Administrative tasks: Assist with opening and closing procedures, handle cash register operations, and ensure company policies are followed. Qualifications Ideally you will have; Some proven management or supervisory experience mixed with a dash of retail know-how. Strong communication skills to lead the team and charm our customers. The ability to create a sales culture through teamwork and collaboration. The experience to execute plans like a pro to drive performance and maximize profitability. A real customer focus and the ability to handle any complaints with a smile. Awareness to keep our team and customers safe with your understanding of health and safety protocols.
