The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager by spending significant time on the sales floor engaging customers and driving sales, while also coaching and inspiring the sales team to achieve individual and store performance goals. This role is instrumental in delivering success by upholding brand culture, operational standards, and fostering customer loyalty.
