Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store success by spending significant time on the sales floor engaging customers and leading the team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators. This role is also responsible for coaching the sales team, fostering accountability, building customer loyalty, and assisting with talent acquisition and operational standards.
