What You’ll Do: People Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand ambassadors. Sales and Service Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable. Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations. Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue. Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools. Operations Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories. Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates. .
