We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing and commercially focused Store Manager to lead a Yo Way location in Surfers Paradise and drive its growth.

This is not just an operational role. We need someone who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, increase sales and create genuine excitement around the store.

Key responsibilities:

Drive consistent sales and customer growth

Lead, motivate and develop the store team

Set expectations and hold the team accountable

Achieve agreed sales, wage and operational KPIs

Execute Yo Way’s marketing campaigns in-store

Organise local promotions, partnerships and local-area marketing

Build relationships with nearby businesses, gyms, schools and community groups

Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Maintain excellent standards across presentation, food safety, stock and operations

Prepare rosters and manage labour costs effectively

About you:

Proven experience managing a retail, hospitality or food-service business

A strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs

Confident, highly personable and naturally outgoing

Comfortable approaching customers and promoting the business

A capable team leader who leads by example

Organised, reliable and accountable

Commercially minded and focused on results
