The Assistant Store Manager - Sales and Service is a crucial member of our KENT leadership team focusing on customer experience and store sales. This role is responsible for overseeing various areas of the store including Lumber Building Materials and Flooring, Kitchen and Bath, Appliance Sales, Project Centre, and our Cut Shop. They also focus on meeting financial objectives for their departments, managing their team’s performance, and promoting a positive and inclusive working environment through employee engagement and store events.
This position will be for our Kent Store located at10 Stavanger Drive, St. John’s, NL
