Job Summary: As the Assistant Store Manager you are responsible for supporting the Area Manager in operating a Clean Juice location. These responsibilities include: guest satisfaction, COGS and Labor management, scheduling, team development, local marketing within your community through event sponsorship, product sampling and Juice Booster networking. Additionally, you are responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive store culture while building a pipeline of inspired team members to grow within our brand. Above all, you must intimately understand that our guests are the foundation of our business and our Juiceristas are the heartbeat!

Qualifications*:

  • Possess basic math skills
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Willingness to work with heavy machinery
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and very frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Once hired, you must pass the Clean Juice University training program

Responsibilities
  • Manage and minimize COGS waste through proper training and inventory management
  • Check accuracy of deliveries and hold vendors accountable to quality standards
  • Monitor your store, taking appropriate action to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
  • Ensure the facility and all equipment are maintained to company standards regarding cleanliness and regular maintenance
  • Obtain ServSafe certification, practice proper food safety, and hold employees to the same standard
  • Maintain a high standard of quality hygiene, health, and safety in your store
