Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market growth and meet sales targets
- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple stores within the market
- Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and sales staff
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to optimize profitability
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to track sales performance and inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving escalated issues and addressing customer concerns
Requirements:
- MINIMUM 5 years of retail experiences, preferably in a grocery environment
- Advanced customer focused, judgment, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Able to communicate in Both English and Chinese(Mandarin or/and Cantonese)
