  • Utilize strong math skills for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales reporting.
  • Conduct interviews for potential hires and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and motivation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
