REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years of proven excellence in a fashion retail sales role
• Desire to expand your skillset and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
• Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience meeting sales goals/targets is an asset
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform light housekeeping duties as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb ladders

• Provide each guest with a personalized shopping experience and exceptional customer service
• Utilize Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers
• Support the store manager with merchandising and administrative tasks
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth operation
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay informed about Suzanne’s fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
