The position is based in Georgetown in Washington, DC. As an Assistant Store Manager, your missions will be the following: Ensure a unique customer experience within your boutique Animate the customer journey by relying on a team of ambassadors Optimize the quality of the service at each stage of the customer journey Convey information and promote personalization services to advisors and customers Embody brand values and ensure an omni-channel experience at all times Manage customer satisfaction using various tools, implementing dedicated action plans Develop customer loyalty and along with creating new relationships Explore the customer database (clienteling and management of dissatisfaction) Recruit, retain and follow up of all team members Additional responsibilities include: Operational Marketing Guarantee the performance of the apartment through animations or events Deploy and supervise all programming while ensuring compliance with the image and guidelines transmitted by the head office marketing team Managing and developing your team Lead and develop a team of sales advisors Manage your team by motivating them and creating a positive and harmonious work environment Foster cooperation within the team and between team leaders Integrate new employees Supervise and increase the skills of your team through floor coaching, feedback and annual performance interviews. Propose and set up, in conjunction with the training manager, continuing education and coaching courses for sales advisers.
