THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.
You will support the day-to-day operations of the store, deliver a high level of customer service, and assist the Store Owner in running the business effectively.
This is a full time position (5 full days per week - weekdays & weekends)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service and style advice
• Take customer measurements and assist with tailoring requirements
• Process payments and reconcile the till at end of day
• Manage packing and dispatch of online orders
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards, including window displays
• Open and close the store and support daily operations
