About the Role Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check. Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers. Explain hearing results and recommend the next steps to customers Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication. Customer database administration, including database management, stock control and invoicing Ensuring accurate compliance and high attention to detail with industry reporting requirements Contributing to store targets and KPIs. Assist Store Manager in motivating a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service About you Previous, demonstrable experience in customer service, sales or administration.
