We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Quebec City location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, customer service, and team leadership. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

*Job Description and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Retail Store
Manager in overseeing daily store operations, leading the team, and ensuring an excellent
shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

A. Store Operations

  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in ensuring smooth store opening and closing

procedures.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean store environment.
  • Help manage store inventory, including checking expiration dates, restocking, and

anticipating customer demand.

  • Enforce and support company policies, ensuring staff adherence to procedures and best

practices.

B. Sales and Customer Experience

  • Support the Retail Store Manager in driving sales performance and meeting store

revenue goals.

  • Assist in customer service management, addressing escalated customer concerns and

ensuring positive shopping experiences.

  • Promote and implement customer service programs, such as after-sales support and

membership.

  • While reach personal sales, led by example in delivering excellent customer service and

coaching staff on best practices

C. Leadership, Training & Staff Development

  • Assist in training new and existing team members, ensuring they understand store

policies, product knowledge, and sales strategies.

  • Support the Retail Store Manager in scheduling staff shifts and managing daily team

performance.

  • Provide performance feedback to employees and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and productivity.

D. Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily sales reconciliation, ensuring register accuracy and proper financial

documentation.

  • Help control store expenses by maintaining budget discipline and identifying cost-saving

opportunities.

  • Assist in managing payroll-related tasks such as timekeeping and attendance tracking.

E. Marketing and Merchandising

  • Help implement seasonal promotions and product displays to drive sales.
  • Assist in maintaining Unique Bunny’s social media presence, including posting pre prepared content and Instagram Stories.
  • Support online order fulfillment and coordinate digital customer service efforts.

F. Strategic Growth & Store Development

  • Assist in analyzing store performance and suggesting strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct market research on competitor pricing, quality, and product selection to

enhance store offerings.

  • Provide feedback to the Retail Store Manager on customer preferences and trends.

G. Additional Responsibilities
