To develop our business, we are expanding our teams and are looking for: M/F - ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER Responsibilities You will support the store manager in managing the point of sale. As a true link between management and your team, you will also be in constant contact with customers and sales. You will manage the sales team based on the company's performance indicators. You will ensure the image of our brands, contribute to managing the point of sale according to our commercial objectives and merchandising and organize the sales area. You will also guarantee the essential factors in the customer relationship (reception, approach, asking for wishes...). Qualifications You will have sales skills and have significant experience (at least 2 years) in the specialized retail of ready-to-wear fashion. You’ll have organizational skills, dynamism and sense of responsibility. You’ll have a feel for the culture of numbers and results and love challenges. You’ll have a feel for the right products and follow the latest fashion trends. You must be proficient in office tools.
Responsibilities
You will support the store manager in managing the point of sale and be in constant contact with customers and sales. You will manage the sales team based on the company's performance indicators and ensure the image of our brands.
