We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the leadership of our La Roca outlet boutique. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing high-performing teams. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure an outstanding client experience, and maintain Eleventy World’s brand standards, while stepping in to lead the team in their absence. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets through proactive client engagement and personalised service. Deliver a luxury customer experience by upholding brand standards in clienteling and service excellence. Monitor KPIs and assist in implementing strategies to improve conversion, average transaction value, and customer retention. Team Leadership & Development Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team aligned with Eleventy’s values. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and product training to team members. Lead by example on the shop floor, motivating the team to achieve individual and store goals. Assist in recognising strong performance and supporting talent development and retention. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising Ensure store presentation consistently reflects Eleventy’s brand image, visual standards, and cleanliness. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention processes. Assist in maintaining operational excellence, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Brand Representation Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Eleventy’s philosophy both in-store and within the local community. Support local outreach and client engagement initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. Qualifications Qualifications: 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion. Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing successful retail teams. Strong clienteling, communication, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Passion for fashion, styling, and the Eleventy World ethos. Strong operation skills, able to manage weekly stock counts and deliveries. Proficiency in retail systems and POS technology. Able to communicate in English to a high starndard.
