SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Engage customers, provide product recommendations, assist with orders, and process transactions.
• Support Shopify and POS operations, ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
• Help track and communicate sales KPIs.
• Guide Cozey Ambassadors in clienteling: gathering customer data, emails and generating 5-star reviews.
• Support Store Manager in finding agile ways to meet sales KPIs and motivate the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused, and strategic individual to join our Retail team as Assistant Store Manager. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will support all aspects of store operations, help lead the team of Cozey Ambassadors, and ensure we deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
