JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager.

  • Proficiency in retail math, inventory control, and merchandising practices.
  • Experience with cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
