As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Joint Venture Partner in leading a team of 9 retail colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve store targets. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, and maintaining high store standards.
Optics experience is preferred but not essential — we’re looking for a strong people leader with retail management experience and a passion for customer service.
