We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful and growing fashion retailer based at Edinburgh Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Store Manager, lead a passionate team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Please note: This is a full-time, 40-hour position based at Edinburgh Airport. The store trades between 4:00am and 11:00pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Full flexibility across these trading hours is essential.

The Assistant Manager Role

Supporting the Store Manager, you'll help drive the commercial performance of the store while leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer service.

You'll be responsible for:

• Coaching, developing and motivating the team
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Maintaining high operational and visual standards
• Supporting recruitment, training and colleague development
• Managing stock, compliance and day-to-day store operations
• Taking responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced retail leader who enjoys developing people and delivering results.

You'll ideally have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Department Manager, Deputy Manager or Store Manager within fashion retail, lifestyle retail, premium retail or a similar customer-focused environment.

You'll also bring:

• Experience driving sales and KPI performance
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
