As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of budtenders, create a positive store culture, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading by example to foster a positive, educational, and customer-first environment.
• Hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Managing daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Collaborating with the corporate team on promotions, community initiatives, and store strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all cannabis retail regulations.
• Supporting team education through ongoing product knowledge and development
