Job Description Bidfta is looking to hire an Assistant Store Supervisor with at least 1 year of retail, restaurant, or other (in-person) customer service experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys and has experience managing a team but also working with customers. We’re a fast paced, but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and need people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of. Being an assistant store manager is a a great way to get experience in helping to manage a team; you’ll be helping to run a small business with guidance and support from the leadership team and your Store Manager. The Assistant Store Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager. The Assistant Store Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily store operations. This role requires a willingness to be hands-on with the day-to-day operations but also assist in driving the overall company strategy. You’ll need to help build and maintain relationships with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments in the company. Most importantly, you’ll need to provide exceptional customer service. Successful assistant store managers are highly motivated to drive improvements every single day and are willing to work as a strong team with both the store manager and the other store associates. Responsibilities Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, clean, and orderly facility. Assist in hiring, training, developing, coaching, and motivating employees.
