Were also very excited to share that we're aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years! What You'll Do Assume role of Store Supervisor (if unavailable) in leading a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules Monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to management Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/ feedback through customer interactions and report to the head office What We're Looking For At least graduate with a college degree Strong communication and leadership skills Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel Supervisory, OIC experience in a leading retail store is essential Willing to work in Cebu
Responsibilities
Lead a team to achieve sales targets and monitor stock levels to coordinate replenishment. Act as a brand ambassador by collecting customer feedback and reporting sales results to management.
