We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Student Affairs Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing assistance and support in the coordination and operation of career education workshops, training sessions, programmes, projects, activities, events and career exploration tours, etc; Providing daily administrative support, including document management, data entry, and meeting arrangements, etc.; Assisting in publicity and communication with target audiences; Handling students’ enquiries; Liaising with internal and external parties; and Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Affairs or his/her nominee(s). Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognised Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); Experience in tertiary institution would be an advantage; Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (literacy in Canva would be an advantage); Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility; and Ability to work independently, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Candidates may be invited to attend a trade test.
