We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Student Affairs Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing support for administration, promotion, vetting, shortlisting and disbursement of scholarship/award schemes funded by various stakeholders including HKMU, donors, government and external parties; Providing support for scholarship-related activities and events, including annual scholarship celebration event, scholarship interviews, training workshops, briefing and coaching sessions; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date scholarship records in the web-based systems and on the website, and performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system enhancements; Providing support for general office administration, answering enquiries from students and stakeholders; and Performing any other duties as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, preferably with relevant work experience; Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively with strong sense of ownership and responsibility; and Proficiency in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, having knowledge and experience in using Canva and systems would be an advantage. Candidates may be invited to attend a trade test.
