JOB OVERVIEW

The Assistant Superintendent plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management and execution of construction projects. This position involves collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

SKILLS

  • Understanding of quality control processes in construction.
  • Familiar with construction management practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with construction estimating techniques is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, Primavera, and ProCore is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
  • Experience using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
