ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in a field supervisory or assistant superintendent role.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and blueprints/specifications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project) a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and driven Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build their career in construction field management. The Assistant Superintendent will support the Project Superintendent in coordinating and supervising on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with project plans and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in day-to-day onsite management of construction activities.
  • Support coordination of subcontractors, material deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Help enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized job site.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, site photos, and field documentation.
  • Conduct quality control checks and report deficiencies.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
  • Track project schedules and support timely completion of milestones.
  • Assist with implementation of project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism on site.
