Key Responsibilities * Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all construction activities on assigned projects * Support the supervision of crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work * Monitor daily site operations and maintain project documentation, including logs, reports, and safety records * Help enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on-site * Track project progress, assist with scheduling updates, and communicate field conditions to the project team * Support client, inspector, and building official interactions to ensure smooth communication and compliance * Assist with implementing cost-effective strategies and problem-solving field challenges * Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics * Collaborate with Project Management and Estimating teams to align field operations with project plans * Uphold Persons Services’ Core Values and represent the company with professionalism Ideal Candidate Profile * 2+ years of experience in commercial construction field operations (internship or co-op experience considered) * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients * Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction/Science, or related field (preferred) * Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, “hands-on” approach to problem solving * Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with construction management software * Experience using smartphones and tablets in conjunction with field management software * Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade practices * Eager to learn, grow, and develop into a future Superintendent role * Someone who embodies our Core Values and sets the standard for excellence What We Offer * Career development with a clear path toward Superintendent and leadership roles. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Professional training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. * A culture built on collaboration, integrity, and innovation. * Access to industry-leading tools and resources to support your growth.
