We are currently seeking a Building Assistant Superintendent / Maintenance Person for a residential building located in North York.
Duties include regular building maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, plastering, cleaning etc., as well as being on-call every second night and every second weekend
Applicant must be bondable.
Compensation is free rent for a 2 bedroom apartment, plus $45,000 and benefits.
