As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in keeping our job sites safe, productive, and on track. You’ll support and collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and General Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll:

• Study construction plans and oversee project layout
• Help schedule and supervise subcontractors and crews
• Promote and uphold safety procedures
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate trades
• Maintain client relationships and accurate reporting

• Step up and lead when needed-this role is a leadership runway
