SUMMARY

We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Royal Academy Montessori Preschool in Brampton. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care and education to children, contributing to their physical, social, emotional, creative, and cognitive growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some experience in a supervisory role within an educational or childcare setting would be beneficial.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in training and developing staff members is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Montessori principles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and children.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $26.86-$30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
