Assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations outlined under the MCVP policies and guidelines and adhering to Mayo Clinic policies in the Mayo Employee Policy Manual. In collaboration with the supervisor adjusts staffing levels to workload. Assist with guiding, developing, disciplining, and maintaining a staff and volunteers which provide quality products and services. Provides absence coverage for the supervisor.
