Assists with the management and development of staff. Assists with oversight of and accountability for quality and service, regulatory compliance, work unit safety, strategic planning, document management, and developing and implementing new services. Works cooperatively with a wide variety of customers, as well as internal and external resources. Completes special projects as assigned by the laboratory consultant/director(s), administrator and/or operations manager(s), and DLMP supervisor. Responsibilities

This role assists with the management and development of staff while overseeing quality, service, regulatory compliance, safety, strategic planning, and document management within the molecular hem lab. The supervisor also develops and implements new services and completes special projects as assigned by leadership.
