First - you must be a MAC user, with enough knowledge to be a excellent tutor in all things MAC. Secondly, If you are a community-minded person and are excited by the idea of assisting someone to pursue their interests, looking for opportunities to contribute, participate more fully within their community and building relationships with neighbours and community members – this may be the job for you.
A Myrtle Station family is looking for an assistant/support person to assist their family member in a variety of areas in her life. You will need to be an exceptional listener, not someone who rushes into action but thoughtfully thinks about how to best offer assistance. You will need to be someone who is creative and can think outside of the box. So one who approaches things with a calmness, taking things at an appropriate pace. Meeting goals are important to this woman but the journey of getting there is more important.
The family is looking for someone warm and caring in their approach, gregarious but not overwhelming, dependable, patient, and respectful. You will need to know the the Durham Area and have no issue with driving up to Myrtle Station - just north of Brooklin, Whitby.
This is part-time work, with hours of work to be discussed but some availability during the week for daytime work will be needed.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
