We are looking for compassionate, confident and dynamic people who want to make a difference in the lives of homeless people. Our role is to provide a safe place to stay and to access support for people who have substance use issues and complex needs. The service delivery model is rooted in the harm reduction approach, based on trauma-informed practice, is strength-based and uses person-centred approaches.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the delivery of support to homeless clients with complex needs.
  • Work with clients as part of person-centred support planning, which includes aiding access to meaningful activities.
  • Work with clients as part of the Support Team, assisting to ensure the needs and actions within person-centred plans are addressed in a professional manner.

APPOINTMENT SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY REFERENCES, RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK AND A PVG SCHEME DISCLOSURE CHECK. IT IS IMPORTANT TO APPLY FOR REGISTRATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF STARTING YOUR ROLE. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITHIN SIX MONTHS.
