KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Define, document, and clearly articulate database standards and maintain best practices.  * Manage and prioritize multiple related projects, including troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance in a team environment.  * Continuously monitor database performance and health proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve issues.  * Identify database issues and implement preventive measures before impacting production systems. Ensure storage management, data archiving, and database maintenance processes are functioning effectively while Managing database backups, high availability configurations, and recovery strategies.    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Business Statistics, Data Analytics.  * Strong knowledge of database management, including configuration and performance tuning.  * Process improvement mindset with strong data analysis skills.   * Experience with database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.   * Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
The role involves defining database standards and proactively monitoring performance to resolve bottlenecks. It also includes managing backups, high availability configurations, and implementing preventive measures for production systems.
