• Co-ownership of the talent acquisition function, operating with urgency, autonomy, and a bias for action to deliver business-critical hires.
• Drive strategic workforce planning by anticipating hiring needs, challenging assumptions, and influencing resourcing decisions at leadership level.
• Continuously improve processes and outcomes, using data, creativity, and first-principles thinking to solve hiring bottlenecks and scale sustainably.
• Engage and challenge stakeholders effectively, building credibility through strong execution, sharp insights, and a deep understanding of the business.
• Champion a high-performance hiring culture, coaching managers and peers to raise the bar on hiring decisions, candidate experience, and team capability.
