4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within a luxury 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality environment.Proven experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.Experience recruiting at both operational and supervisory/management levels.Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills, with experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, databases, and direct sourcing methods.Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements.Experience working with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
