Assistant ‐ Talent Acquisition - Service Delivery  (BASED AT MAS LEGATO - MALABE) MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.  Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities related to the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team for Legato HR Operations are implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs, whilst contributing towards executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the HRSS TA recruiter on end-to-end talent acquisition tasks including scheduling interviews, reference checks and document requesting and validation.  * Ensure all recruitment related systems are updated on time. * Create a CV pool for potential and ready now candidates for current and upcoming roles. * Conduct passive searches where required to support recruiter. * Build networks, while working closely with the COE on MAS reach across professional, University and student bodies. * Manage intern database - to build an alumni as an additional sourcing pool. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS  * Following a degree in HR or Business Management field or any Professional qualifications related to HR. * 6 to 12 months of experience in Recruitment or Staffing. * Good organization skills.  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiar with Microsoft office packages.   
Responsibilities
The assistant will support the HR Shared Services Talent Acquisition recruiter with end-to-end tasks, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing document requests and validation. They must ensure recruitment systems are updated promptly and contribute to process improvement opportunities.
