Assistant - Talent Acquisition Service Delivery (BASED AT MAS LEGATO MALABE) - 1 year of contract MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities related to the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team for Legato HR Operations, both locally and internationally are driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs/KPIs, whilst contributing towards identifying or executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the overall achievement of activities in the following areas within set standards and KPIs under the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery team within the Legato HR Operations for MAS, focusing on Executive and Above cadre. Liaise with Heads of Department (HODs)/ Hiring Managers and relevant parties. Ensure to process all recruitment requests via Recruitment Requisition Form process (RRFs) and the corresponding JDs etc., coordinating with required parties whilst, drafting recruitment specs and advertisements and obtaining relevant approvals prior to commencing the advertising and recruitment/hiring process. Conduct the screening and shortlisting process by evaluating applications received based on minimum criteria required to perform the job whilst, verifying applicant’s details and verifying documentation and completing other standard protocols. Schedule and conduct standard assessments relevant to the vacancy, whilst liaising with identified HODs for technical specific assessments and engaging in the evaluation process and completing other standard protocols in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct reference or clearance checks on the shortlisted candidates whilst, liaising with respective HODs or Hiring Managers and other persons to verify information provided by the candidates. Ensure to report and maintain key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity related to the post interview process, whilst recording and documenting relevant and required details of candidates or hires in a timely, accurate and orderly manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality of data or information and timely retrieval of data. Conduct research on Technical and Soft Skills required for certain job roles to enhance the practical knowledge on the same and expedite the recruitment or hiring process based on SLAs’. Knowledge and Skills: Following a degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management. 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Staffing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Good time management with IT literacy.
