The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to support an Agent in our Talent Department. This is a unique chance to work directly with high-profile talent, leading industry executives, and an experienced Agent, while gaining first-hand experience in the fast-moving world of talent representation. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs are key to success in this role. What You’ll Do Manage calendars, schedules, and call logs for Agent and clients Handle phones with professionalism and discretion Coordinate travel, appointments, auditions, and self-tape requests Track submissions, bookings, payments, and expenses Maintain client materials and records with accuracy and confidentiality Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, studio/network executives, producers, and managers Support the execution of deals and monitor upcoming opportunities Provide script coverage or project tracking (as needed) What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of prior experience in the entertainment industry required Previous agency desk experience required Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and follow-through Professionalism when handling confidential information and high-profile relationships Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university a plus Casting, management, or script coverage experience a plus Why Join Us At IAG, we believe in cultivating talent on and off the stage.
