Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children's learning, play, and daily routines.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Help prepare and organize classroom materials and learning environments.
• Encourage children's independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, dressing, and hygiene routines when required.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
• Observe children's behaviour and progress and share feedback with the Lead Teacher.
• Support indoor and outdoor activities, special events, and school celebrations.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Assist with arrival, dismissal, and transition routines.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
