Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing plans and classroom activities, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
• Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique learning needs and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Supervise students during activities, maintaining a safe and engaging atmosphere while promoting positive social interactions.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials, including learning resources, equipment, and displays to facilitate effective teaching.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Hold a valid teaching assistant certification or equivalent qualification; experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Show experience in the education or childcare sectors, specifically with early childhood education or elementary school settings.
• Minimum of one year of experience assisting in a classroom environment; experience with diverse student populations is a plus.
